Brian Baker

Coach, Athlete, Entrepreneur

Brian is a lifelong athlete and coach of 15 years. He began training in a big box gym in 2008 and soon started his own training business. An avid reader, he’s always furthering his education and learning from the best in the industry.

In 2019, he coauthored his first book, The Dude’s Meal Prep Manual as a way to help men sharpen their culinary skills and shrink their waistlines.

He’s had the opportunity to train Hollywood executives, professional athletes, and everyone in between. He’s earned certifications as a Personal Trainer, Running Coach, Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, Functional Strength Coach, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Brian is a proud 2x graduate of the University of Illinois and resident of Evanston, IL. In his free time, you can find him golfing, camping, or spending time outdoors with his fiancé, Shelby and their golden doodle, Indie.
